ALMOST DONE 😁:3rd signing almost done as Arsenal set to confirm the signing of sensational winger  NOT LEMAR

Arsenal are going to resign Wellignton Silva from Fluminese only one year in the wake of giving him a chance to come back to his local Brazil, as per The Daily Cannon.

Growing up, Silva was one of the brightest gifts you could discover in Brazil and Arsenal rushed to snap him up. Having moved to North London at 17, major things were normal from the winger however he never satisfied those desires and didn't show up for Arsenal before he was sold to Fluminese a year ago.

Only one year after his arrival to Brazil, he has begun to demonstrate the guarantee that made Arsenal sign him when he was as yet a young person.

Fortunately, the club was sufficiently brilliant to incorporate a condition that would permit them gain half of Silva's financial rights when he was leaving for Fluminese a year ago.

After a decent season in Brazil, Arsenal are set to enact that provision which would see the player come back to Europe. In any case, he won't be coming to North London as Arsenal intend to pitch him to Bordeaux.

The French club are set up to pay £3.5m to Arsenal for the forward which I think would be a decent arrangement for a player who doesn't have a future at the club.

Fluminese are obviously open to releasing Silva in view of monetary inconveniences and will be quick to trim their wage charge, so there shouldn't be any hindrance to the arrangement happening.

The winger scored seven objectives for the Brazilian side last season.
